SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We utilize the services of Canada Post/USPS for shipping our products across Canada and the United States.

We are committed to ensuring timely delivery, and we strive to meet your expectations. However, it's important to note that the completion time of your order is determined by your approval date of the artwork, not the order placement date. We advise you to inspect the product upon delivery. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any losses, alleged damages, expenses, liabilities, or losses incurred due to failure to meet estimated delivery dates.

Shawanaga Clients acknowledge that force majeure events are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable in such cases. Our shipment and delivery estimates are based on information provided by our shipment suppliers. Delays caused by shipping company issues, international customs challenges, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control are not within our responsibility. We are committed to making every effort to meet delivery schedules, but unforeseen production or shipment delays might arise from technical glitches or equipment failures. It's important to note that cancellations won't be allowed solely due to technical difficulties. In certain cases, orders might be returned due to incorrect addresses, delivery failures, import declaration issues, or recipient refusal. In these instances, customers will be held accountable for all additional reshipment expenses.

During peak periods like the Holiday Season, order volumes might cause an increase in production time. We recommend allowing extra time for production, especially if you have a specific deadline. Please understand that estimated arrival dates are not guarantees but rather estimations. Shipping transit time is calculated based on business days and excludes weekends and holidays. While we'll strive to meet your target arrival date, circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, could affect our ability to do so. If a delay occurs, we will fulfill our obligations as promptly as possible.

TURNAROUND TIMES:

Please be aware that we assume no liability for shipping delays, which are rare but can occur due to delivery carrier issues or damages resulting from late receipt of a job, weather conditions, international customs problems, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our anticipated turnaround time serves as an estimated timeframe and should be treated as a guaranteed guideline. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from printing delivered after this timeframe.

For cases of packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are determined to be our error will be covered at our expense.

Exceptions may apply to certain products that require approval, leading to slightly extended production and shipping times. Specific regions, states, territories, or provinces might also require additional time for delivery.

Delivery times for orders placed after 6pm ET will be calculated from the following business day.

All items are tracked, ensuring delivery guarantee, and delivery status can be monitored online. The shipping cost is electronically determined during the checkout process on the order date.

We are committed to ensuring swift and cost-effective delivery of your package, whether you've placed your order well in advance or require expedited service.

USA SHIPMENT:

  • Xpresspost USA – Estimated delivery within 5-7 days
  • Expedited Parcel USA – Estimated delivery within 7-10 days
  • Tracked Packet USA – Estimated delivery within 10-15 days (availability varies by location)

CANADA SHIPMENT:

  • Priority Canada – Estimated delivery within 5-7 days
  • Expedited Parcel Canada – Estimated delivery within 7-10 days
  • Regular Parcel Canada – Estimated delivery within 10-15 days
